Rapid Strength Returns Policy
14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase, including batch number confirmation.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please note that returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
To ensure you receive the item you want, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card company.
