The primary objective to increase flexibly with mobility focussed movements, the plan is set over 4 weeks using with common CrossFit exercises.
Mobility is the ability of a joint to move freely within a specific movement in a full range of motion.
This 4-week plan consists of training 3 days per week.
The exercises and workouts described in the book should be used as part of overall
